Recently, multiple workstations at Shenyang Sanland Mining Engineering Co., Ltd. advanced in parallel: ball mill end covers, ball mill shells and a 7FT cone crusher frame are under machining, while a batch of girth gears has completed machining and inspection. Multiple major components moving through the production lines at the same time reflects Sanland's complete machining system and stable scheduling capability.

The end cover and the shell form the backbone of a grinding mill. The end cover connects the shell, supports the trunnion and carries the load; the accuracy of its flange spigot and bearing journal directly affects mill alignment and running stability. After rolling, welding and stress-relief annealing, the shell is being machined at the flange faces and fitting spigots to ensure concentricity between the two ends, preparing for liner installation and girth gear connection.

The cone crusher frame is also in the finish machining stage. As the base load-bearing component, the frame receives the crushing force directly from the cone and liners. The upper supporting face and the eccentric bushing bore are machined in a single setup to secure positional accuracy, providing a solid foundation for assembly and long-term heavy-duty operation.

Also completed were a batch of girth gears. Hobbed as a whole and inspected for tooth profile and pitch, the gears have their connecting holes match-drilled to the shell flange to ensure proper meshing with the pinion on site. Gear machining capability is a key support for Sanland's complete drive solutions for grinding mills.
